These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by DBA Pintoraaa Parent company RAYBRAND COMMUNICATION INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED ("we," "us," "our", "Raybrand Communication","Pintoraaa"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using our platform and services.

1. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Pintoraaa reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our platform. We recommend that you periodically review these Terms for any updates. Your continued use of our platform after any such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the modifications, you must immediately cease using our services.

2. Eligibility

To use our platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the account registration or order process. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your account or order.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide to us. If any of your information changes, you must promptly update it through your account or by contacting us.

3. Orders and Customization

When placing an order with Raybrand Communication, please take note of the following:

  • Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless specified otherwise.

  • Custom orders, including designs and personalized content, cannot be canceled or modified after production has begun.

  • Users are responsible for ensuring that any designs, images, or materials uploaded to the platform comply with all relevant copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not upload any content that infringes upon third-party rights or includes offensive, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate materials.

Raybrand Communication reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate the account of any user who uploads infringing content.

4. Payments

We accepts the following payment methods:

  • Debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

  • UPI

  • Net banking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) for select orders

For orders placed using COD, the following terms apply:

  • COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000.

  • COD orders are subject to a handling fee of ₹30.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any COD order if the payment verification fails or if there are discrepancies in the order details.

Payments for all other methods must be completed at the time of order. You authorize us to charge the applicable amount for the products or services you order, including taxes and applicable shipping fees.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our platform, including templates, tools, designs, logos, trademarks, and any other materials, is the proprietary property of us or its licensors. You agree not to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the platform without our express written consent.

Users retain ownership of any content they upload, including custom designs or materials. However, by uploading such content, you grant Raybrand Communication a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and modify the content solely for the purpose of producing and fulfilling your orders.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload does not violate the intellectual property rights of third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pintoraaa is not liable for any of the following:

  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in user-submitted designs or content.

  • Delays in processing or shipping due to unforeseen events, including but not limited to courier delays, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

  • Any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of our services or platform.

Our total liability, in the event of any claim or dispute, will be limited to the amount you paid for the specific order or service giving rise to the claim.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, we recommend first attempting to resolve the issue by contacting our customer support team. If the issue cannot be resolved through customer support, the dispute will be escalated to a grievance officer.

In the event of unresolved disputes, both parties agree to resolve the matter through arbitration in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The proceedings will be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms must be filed in the competent courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not commenced.

  • Custom orders (including personalized or bespoke items) cannot be canceled once production has started.

  • If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will process the cancellation request and notify you of the outcome.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be provided in the following situations:

  • If a product is delivered damaged or defective.

  • If an incorrect product is delivered.

  • If we are unable to fulfill your order due to an error on our part (e.g., inventory issues).

Refunds for eligible orders will be processed as follows:

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via store credit or bank transfer after verification.

  • Refunds will typically be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro Cities: Typically within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Non-Metro Areas: Typically within 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping for orders above ₹500.

  • Orders below ₹500 will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹50.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000.

  • COD orders are subject to a handling fee of ₹30.

Delays and Notifications

  • In the event of delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, courier issues, etc.), we will notify you promptly of any expected delays.

Tracking Orders

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

Taxes and Duties

All product prices listed on our platform are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Any additional import duties, taxes, or other charges for international shipments will be the responsibility of the customer.

Pintoraaa respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.

  • User-Submitted Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload but grant Raybrand Communication a license to use your content solely for the production and fulfillment of your orders.

  • Platform Content: All content, including designs, templates, and materials provided by Raybrand Communication, is protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.

Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please contact us at raybrand2012@gmail.com with proof of ownership.

Dispute Resolution Policy

In case of any disputes, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at raybrand2012@gmail.com for assistance.

  2. If the issue remains unresolved, escalate the matter to our grievance officer at the same email.

Arbitration
If the dispute is not resolved through the grievance process, it will be resolved by arbitration in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The proceedings will be conducted in English.
